Shipping + Returns

Shipping

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Orders are shipped within 72 working hours of payment, with Bpost or Mondial Relay.
  • Delivery takes up to 10 days within Europe and up to 30 days internationally.
  • We ship to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Canada (list subject to change).
  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping price and are paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, without giving any reason.

How to return

  1. Email us at info@lallasshop.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number (e.g. #1024) in the subject line.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of your email to: LALLA'S, Rue Blaes 132, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
  3. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please use a tracked service and send us the tracking number: the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds
We refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your return request, using your original payment method (or a gift card, only if you prefer). We may wait until we have received the item back before refunding.

Condition of returned items
You may try items on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct an amount corresponding to its loss in value.

In-store purchases
Purchases made in our boutique on Rue Blaes are final.

Our pieces are pre-loved and may show minor signs of wear, which we always describe and photograph in each listing.
